Offices – students are not permitted in office areas unless they have an appointment or are engaged in practical ministry.

When moving from the Undercroft to the lecture rooms, use the internal stairs and enter through the back foyer

Convention Centre
Students are permitted in the Basement, lecture rooms or in the Library. To access particular areas of the Convention Centre, please follow these directions;

The Basement – use the outside stairs on the right hand side of the Children’s area. Refer to Map, Level One, Area A.

Library & Lecture Rooms:

To enter the lecture rooms from the Basement, use the internal stairs closest to the Children’s area (Level one, area F + P). Do not use the corridor outside the children’s area. Go directly to the third level; do not enter the Main Foyer on the second level. When on the third level, to access the Library, turn left and follow the corridor around.

Use the external stairs on the Western side, closest to the Hub. After 5.00pm, this is the only access to the Library.

Absolutely no food or drink in the Convention Centre.

Entry to the Convention Centre is not to be through the Level 2 Main Doors.

When you have an appointment with College Staff, report to College Reception who will inform the staff member that you have arrived. Wait at College reception until they come for you.

City Campus

At all times students need to be considerate of the many other people working within the building. To contain noise levels within the building please adhere to the following:

Offices – students are not permitted in church office areas unless they have an appointment or are engaged in practical ministry.

When entering into the church office areas, ask the receptionist to call the supervisor you are working for to come downstairs and escort you to your place of practicum. Students are not to lean over the balcony and yell down to the receptionist to let them in.

Student IDs are to be carried at all times so a staff member can identify that you are a student.

Students are not permitted to walk through the Second Auditorium whilst lectures are in progress.

Appointments with the Principal or Academic Dean, report to Administration Office prior to the appointment.
