Changing Campuses

The procedure is the student needs to meet with the campus oversight they want to leave.

The campus oversight will discuss the proposal with the other campus oversight, and they need to be in agreement before the student can change.

If the student is in college accommodation, then the Accommodation Co-ordinator will be informed, as it needs their release as well.

Then, the Registrar needs to be notified of the change so that the database can be updated (raises issues like if the city and hills campus run subjects in different terms, then the student might not be able to do all of their subjects – has this been looked at and raised with the student).
