Tutorial comments are entered in the Portal under the ‘Contacts’ tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Contact the Campus Dean if you require assistance with how to enter tutorial comments.
Notes should be made using the following acronym
S. Subject – what you can see
O. Objective – what the student said.
A. Assessment of S & O
P. Plan of Action
*Please copy and paste related emails into here – click on the tick and you are done.
Ensure that you select ‘resolved’ if that is the end of the matter.
Continue to follow up with the appropriate people and add further comments until the matter has been resolved.
