Offices – students are not permitted in church office areas unless they have an appointment or are engaged in practical ministry.
When entering into the church office areas, ask the receptionist to call the supervisor you are working for to come downstairs and escort you to your place of practicum. Students are not to lean over the balcony and yell down to the receptionist to let them in.
Student IDs are to be carried at all times so a staff member can identify that you are a student.
